1. Motorcycle Rental

From 2026 onwards, all motorcycle rentals are available only together with a support vehicle, driver, and mechanic. Motorcycle-only rentals are not available.

 

2. Authorized Rider

The motorcycle may only be operated by the person named in the Rental Agreement. Lending, transferring, or subleasing the motorcycle to any third party is strictly prohibited.

 

3. Rental Period

The agreed rental price applies to the entire reserved rental period. No refund or price reduction will be given for the early return of the motorcycle or support vehicle.

 

4. Fuel

The customer is responsible for refueling the motorcycle during the rental period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required before the motorcycle is handed over. The deposit will be refunded after the motorcycle has been returned and inspected, provided no damage beyond normal wear and tear is found.

 

6. Accidents & Technical Issues

Any accident, damage, or technical problem must be reported to Probike Mongolia immediately.

 

7. Rider Responsibility

The customer agrees to ride responsibly, comply with all local traffic laws, and treat the motorcycle with proper care at all times.

 

8. Daily Inspection

Before each riding day, the customer should carry out a basic visual inspection of the motorcycle, including engine oil, coolant, tires, chain, lights, and luggage attachment.

 

9. Route Recommendations

Route recommendations provided by Probike Mongolia or the support vehicle driver are based on local knowledge, weather, terrain, and safety conditions. Customers remain responsible for their final route decisions.

 

10. Recovery & Rescue Costs

If a motorcycle requires recovery or transportation due to rider error, an independently chosen route, or improper use, all related recovery and transportation costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

11. Off-Road Riding

Off-road riding is part of the adventure and is undertaken at the customer’s own risk. The customer is responsible for any damage resulting from improper operation or avoidable rider error.

 

12. Acceptance

By signing the Rental Agreement, the customer confirms that these General Rental Terms & Conditions have been read, understood, and accepted.
